We process your data in order to complete your registration to events (legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO) and to send you information about the Hessischer Kreis e.V. (legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

In order to send you information by e-mail, we require your consent (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 a) DSGVO).

ARE PERSONAL DATA PASSED ON TO THIRD PARTIES?

We use external data processing service providers to support us in the implementation of communication measures (e.g. maintenance of the website and sending invitations). These service providers process data only in accordance with the instructions and under the control of the Hessischer Kreis, and exclusively for the purposes described in this data protection information.

We store data for as long as you wish to receive information and invitations to events, or we wish to remain in contact with you.

AM I OBLIGED TO PROVIDE DATA?

The provision of personal data is not required by law. You are not obliged to provide personal data. If you do not provide us with your contact details, we will not be able to process your registration for events and you will not be able to participate in the events. Furthermore, we will not be able to send you any information on the Hessischer Kreis e. V.
